Product overview 
The LBR series integrated asphalt mixing equipment is a result of innovative equipment structure based on traditional split asphalt+thermal regeneration equipment, effectively solving some of the pain points of traditional equipment. Through an integrated structure, the mixing machine is placed in the middle and the recycled material is vertically discharged, eliminating the problem of material sticking to the recycled chute structure; The equipment adopts a large capacity mixer to improve the overall production capacity, while exchanging space for time through a large capacity mixing space to shorten the mixing cycle. The integration of asphalt and thermal regeneration equipment is designed as an integrated module, with a compact structure, large maintenance space, and convenient installation. This equipment is widely used in the production of asphalt mixtures in surrounding asphalt pavement engineering, municipal road engineering, and high-grade pavement engineering.

INTRODUCTIOM TO ORIGINALFUNCTIOM MODULES
1 Main building system
The mixer is located on the side of the regeneration main building, and the recycled materials are vertically discharged, eliminating the need for regeneration chutes.
Mixer is placed in the middle, thereby increasing the proportion of recycled materials added and increasing the overall production capacity.
 
2 Mixed material storage silo system
The combination of mixed material storage silo and overflow silo is integrated, with a modular structure and convenient installation.The bottom can be equipped with a centralized dust collector to collect asphalt blue smoke and dust, which is more environmentally friendly.
The overflow adopts a large storage capacity structure with centralized sealed storage,no dust overflow, and environmentally friendly discharge.
The combination of mixed material storage silo and over flow silo is integrated, and the overflow can be transported by vehicles in a centralized manner with low transportation costs.
The asphalt mixture discharge door is equipped with an electric heating device to effectively ensure the outlet temperature.
 
3 Mixer system
Large mixer with a mixing capacity of 5000-8000kg and flexible drive.
The mixer has a large capacity and adopts power redundancy design,with sufficient power and strong over production capacity.
Full blade spiral stirring cloud technology, fast mixture cycling speed and strong kneading ability, to achieve the effect of rapid blending.
The blades and lining plates are made of nickel chromium alloy material, with a service life of no less than 100000 batches.
A variety of interfaces are reserved for the mixer to add heating regeneration, wood fiber, foam asphalt etc.
 
4 Original material dosing model
Aggregate scale, asphalt scale,and filler scale areallmeasuredusinga3-pointcompression dosing module.
The aggregate scale adopts a coarse and fine scale structure with large and small gates,ensuring a dosing accuracy of 0.3%.
The filler scale adopts screw conveyor, pneumatic butterfly valve control, and "fly material control program to ensure dosing accuracy of 0.2%.
 
5 Recycled material dosing model
The asphalt scale adopts a frequency conversion pump and secondary dosing method, ensuring a dosing accuracy of 0.2%. The dynamic secondary tracking dosing technology ensures an oil stone ratio accuracy of 0.3%.
The dosing silo adopts a 3 - point pressure dosing module, ensuring accurate and stable dosing, The silo wall is equipped with a thermal oil heating device. The silo is equipped with wear-resistant plates to ensure wear resistance.
 
6 Dust collection system
Adopting primary gravity dust collector and a secondary atmospheric reverse blowing bag dust collector. Emission concentrations ≤20mg/Nm3.
High-power fan ensures a sufficient air volume, which is controlled by frequency conversion to save energy and reduce noise.
The flue gas pipeline is equipped with a temperature measurement device and has a high and low temperature alarm function.
